My wife and I live in Clearwater Beach, FL and our son Justin lives in CT. Out of the blue, Justin said he had a surprise for us and all we had to do was be ready to leave the condo at exactly 5:30. At exactly 5:30 we received a call from our son that “our driver Ben” was outside with the doors open to start our surprise. As promised, there stood Ben smiling with the Town Car doors open and ready to go.
He was the perfect gentlemen and host but would not provide any information as to our surprise destination until we arrived at the small Clearwater airport where a helicopter tour of the local town and beaches was arranged.
Upon the conclusion of the tour, Ben was waiting and whisked us off to our next mystery destination. Because the tour took longer than planned, I sensed a certain urgency in Ben concerning our next arrival time. He showed no signs of irritation or stress, rather, he was on the phone insuring the success of his assignment. As planned, we arrived at the Clearwater dock in time to board the dinner cruise that was our next destination. We learned later that he was able to delay the sailing time until we arrived. This was certainly appreciated by us and my son and an indication of the effort Ben puts into his commitment to his customers. At the conclusion of the cruise, Ben was at the dock and ready to drive us home.
